SIR release status by state
A scheduled publication date is not the same as a file being available — those are two separate columns throughout. Every row also shows the date it was last checked.
Final rolls already published
These final rolls have been published. If you hold the final PDF for one of these states, it can be converted now.
| State / UT | Draft roll | Final roll published | Final PDF available? | Checked |

| Manipur | 5 July 2026 | 6 September 2026 | Yes | 10 September 2026 |
Final rolls with confirmed upcoming dates
Sorted by date. The final PDF does not exist yet for these — a date is a schedule, not a file. Draft rolls are already available for most of them and can be converted today.

Which roll do you have?
Draft — provisional. Records can still change while claims are being decided.
Final — settled, after claims are disposed of. This is the version most people need.
Supplementary — additions and corrections only. Not a full roll; reading it as one leaves you with a fraction of the voters you expected.
They are separate documents and are never merged. Unsure? Send the file — identifying the version is part of the job.
What to send us
Send one SIR PDF with these details. The more you can answer, the faster the quote.
| State or UT | e.g. Maharashtra |
| Assembly constituency | AC number and name |
| Roll version | draft, final, supplementary, or not sure |
| Volume | parts, PDFs or pages — e.g. 12 parts, ~600 pages |
| Language | as printed — e.g. Marathi with English headings |
| Columns you need | serial no., EPIC, name, age, gender, relative, house no., AC, part, section |
| Deadline | the date you need the file by |
Not sure which version you have? Send it anyway. Identifying it from the document is the first thing we do, and getting it wrong is the expensive mistake this page exists to prevent.
How it works
1. Send one SIR PDF on WhatsApp. Name the state if you know it.
2. We identify the roll version, check how the parts are laid out, and propose the columns.
3. You approve a price for the batch before any conversion starts.
Before you send
This is a paid service. We quote after seeing a sample.
We do not supply rolls. Obtain the official PDF yourself; we convert it.
We never merge versions. Draft and final are delivered as separate files, never blended into one sheet.
We do not produce an added-or-removed list. Comparing two publications is an inference from two documents, not an official finding.
This is not an official roll. We are independent of the Election Commission of India.
